How long does it take to receive my bag?

Made-to-order bags: production takes 5–7 days. Ready for Delivery items (already in stock): next day delivery.

Can I customize any bag?

Most styles offer colour, size, and — where relevant — strap, chain and two-tone choices in the customizer. Ready for Delivery items are already finished and don't go through the customizer — what you see is exactly what ships.

What are your bags made from?

100% cotton yarn, hand-crocheted. Spot clean and air dry to keep it looking its best.

What's your shipping policy?

Inside Amman: JOD 3. Outside Amman: JOD 5. Worldwide: calculated based on destination — contact us for a quote.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Custom, made-to-order: Custom, made-to-order bags are final sale. We don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Ready for Delivery: Return/exchange terms for Ready for Delivery items are still being finalized. Check back soon, or contact us directly. This doesn't apply to a defective item, a damaged item, an incorrect item, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Those are always honoured regardless of order type.
